Boundaries are necessary. Setting up personal boundaries in all areas of your life is essential. This includes physical, emotional, and mental boundaries that help you stay balanced in your well-being. In this episode, I share many challenges that I have been thrust into and how I am using time and space to create boundaries. The best suggestion that I can give you is to create the time and space needed to do what you need to do. Boundaries are not negative - but necessary to change your perspective on your emotions that control how you think and feel. Often we forget that the sphere of our influence will affect those that we love. How we deal with situations and the story that we create makes a difference.
